Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
   

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $200.

Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated 1–7 business days via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Orders Under $200: Real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier volume and peak seasons.

1. Shipping Territories We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Damages Mr.B’s Shoes For Her is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
